Abstract

Poverty alleviation is a crucial issue in regional development, particularly in Kabupaten Lembata, where socioeconomic disparities persist. This study aims to identify priority intervention areas for poverty reduction using a data-driven approach based on the Integrated Social Welfare Data (DTKS) of 2022. The research employs a quadrant analysis method combined with a participatory poverty assessment (PPA) to determine target districts and villages for intervention. Findings indicate that Omesuri and Buyasuri sub-districts have the highest poverty levels, requiring urgent intervention. At the village level, the study identifies several high-priority areas within each sub-district, facilitating more effective policy implementation. The research highlights the importance of using real-time data and geospatial analysis in policymaking to ensure targeted and sustainable poverty reduction programs. The findings provide a strategic framework for local governments and stakeholders to optimize resources in addressing poverty effectively.
