Abstract
An introduction is presented in which the editors discuss various reports within the issue on topics including the reality of unauthorized file sharing, the fairness and reactance theories to prevent reactive computer abuse, and the effects of technostress and switching-stress on the discontinued use of social networking services such as Facebook.
