Abstract

In order to investigate the extent of the impact of changes in urban housing prices on the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure and the spatial related characteristics under the big data environment, this paper based on the sample data of cities at prefecture level and above in China from 2007 to 2016 establishes a spatial dynamic Durbin model with spatial geographical proximity, spatial geographic distance and spatial economic distance as weight matrix, so as to measure the direct impact of housing price fluctuation on industrial structure upgrading Indirect effect and indirect effect.
