Abstract

Building excellent, established, sustainable, and resilient infrastructures is one of agenda in Sustainable Development Goals program. Massif toll road construction in Indonesia is a form of government effort to support this program. Nevertheless, a study about toll road construction in Indonesia estimates that toll road construction in Indonesia between 2009-2019 produce 29.941.737 tons of greenhouse gasses emission. Implementation of sustainable concrete is a way to support construction projects while keep on emphasize to environmental issues. This study will analyze existing condition of concrete use in toll road construction project and factors determining implementation of sustainable concrete to further formulate a strategy on upgrading implementation of sustainable concrete. The result show that implementation of concrete study in toll road construction projects in Indonesia is not optimal. There are two group becomes a dominant factor determining implementation of sustainable concrete in toll road construction project in Indonesia.
