Abstract
Based on the concept of cognitive metaphor, which complements the best-known literary metaphor, and analyzing the conceptual basis that underlies both, we want a careful analysis of the texts of epic poetry and archaic poetry, without forgetting the fundamental importance of the cultural context in which they arise, to gain a better understanding of how the Greeks conceptualized the feeling of love.
