With the increasingly serious challenges of energy and environment, each country applies them to boost the electric vehicle industry. The global automobile industry has entered a new stage of development of the power revolution; it definitely that construct charging station is the core element during this process. This article is going to discuss the reasonable development plan of electric vehicle according to the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and BASS model.
