Abstract
A 43‐year‐old man with autism spectrum disorder and obesity was referred to our hospital with a complaint of othemorrhagia after wearing the same surgical mask continuously for more than 2 months. Physical examination revealed adherence of blood clots and mask earloops to both ears, suggesting sustained compression leading to linear pressure ulcers (Fig. 1A, B). After removal of the earloops, the ulcer was completely healed in about a month. (Fig. 1C).
