Abstract

The hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) was carried out over Ni nanospike arrays prepared by electroless deposition. The Ni nanospike arrays showed higher HER activity than Ni plates and electrodeposited Ni because their nano-sized roughness results in a high surface area. This journal is
