The prerequisites for the development of domestic communication equipment along with the domestic software are provided. The main areas for the development of communication technologies, which can lead to their efficient operation and acceleration of the recording of emergency situations that arise when working with software, and the adoption of timely management decisions on these situations are defined. The typical requirements to the information and communication infrastructure of the customs bodies of the Siberian region are provided.
