Abstract

A partir de uma crítica das suas principais linhas de interpretação, sobretudo as marxistas examinam-se a organização e a dinâmica do Estado contemporâneo em suas relações com a sociedade civil e em face do problema da legitimidade democrática.On the basis of a critique of its main lines of interpretation, specially the Marxist ones, the organization and the dynamics of the contemporary state are examined in their relationships with the civil society and regarding the problem of democratic legitimacy.
