Abstract

Student boredom presents a significant challenge for educators, particularly in light of today’s rapid technological advancements, where maintaining engagement can be challenging. Although many teachers have adapted their strategies to foster more active involvement, some continue to struggle with integrating innovative educational approaches. Feedback from students often reports that lessons are perceived as uninteresting and not engaging. To address this issue, this article proposes a potential solution by advocating the use of digital whiteboards combined with active learning principles to promote a more dynamic and interactive social learning climate which boosts learner engagement.
