Abstract

We report a case of a meconium-filled hemiscrotum detected by prenatal ultrasound and misdiagnosed asin-utero testicular torsion. Over the 2 months that the mass was followed, the ultrasound characteristics and size changed significantly. Imaging immediately after birth and early surgical treatment resulted in a favorable outcome.
