Abstract

Ecuador, under the right of access to public information, created the Automatic System of Ecuadorian Judicial Processing (SATJE). This system arose with the aim of complying with the right of access to public information on judicial cases. The objective of this research was to determine if the SATJE system can affect fundamental human rights contemplated in the 2008 Constitution. To do this, a qualitative methodology was applied with an emphasis on bibliographic research and the jurisprudential decisions of the Constitutional Court of Ecuador. Arriving at the conclusion, that the cause consultation module can violate human rights such as privacy, honor and data protection, as well as emerging rights such as the right to be forgotten
