Challenge of the administrative acts and the contentious-administrative claim

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the critical aspects of the ordinary administrative resources regulated in Law Nº19,880, excluding the extraordinary review resource, and to determine if these means of challenge, in the way they are regulated, are harmonic, with the constitutional guarantee of a rational and fair administrative procedure.
