Abstract

A male smoker already on atenolol therapy, presented with chest pain and dramatic exercise induced ST segment elevation. Coronary angiography demonstrated non-obstructive disease and treatment with diltiazem abolished ST segment elevation on subsequent exercise testing. © The Author 2010.
