From Obamacare to Hillarycare — Democrats’ Health Care Reform Agenda

Abstract

If Hillary Clinton wins the presidency, Democrats can advance health care reform by making health plans more affordable in order to achieve further gains in coverage, by stabilizing the marketplaces, and by seeking ways to slow medical spending over the long term.
