Abstract

The larvae of Curteria episcopalis (C.L. Koch, 1837) and Curteria southcotti Gabryś, 1992, are described based on specimens reared in the laboratory. Pedroerythraeus Haitlinger, 2004 is considered a junior synonym of Curteria. Data on habitat specificity and phenology of the species as well as on development of eggs into larvae are given. © 2007 Institute of Zoology, Slovak Academy of Sciences.
