Abstract

This article presents the proceedings of the "Giornata di filosofia analitica del diritto per Mario Jori" (October 7, 2016, Milan, Italy) devoted to discuss Mario Jori's legal thinking. It offers a sketch of Jori's peculiar analytical approach and its two main outcomes, on legal method and legal pragmatics respectively.
