Research on the Application of BIM Technology in the Efficiency and Effectiveness of Construction Project Management

Abstract

Construction engineering is a very complex system engineering project, which will be affected by many aspects. Therefore, construction project management often delays the cycle, which has become the main problem of project management. BIM Technology has been very mature, which has become the basic software of construction project management. Through BIM Technology, we can master the whole life cycle of construction project, which will improve the efficiency and effectiveness of project management. Firstly, this paper analyzes the efficiency and effectiveness of BIM for project management. Then, this paper analyzes the application of project management based on BIM.
