Pemanfaatan Media Pembelajaran Berbasis ICT Untuk Meningkatkan Civic Skill

Abstract

This study aims to explain the influence of ICT- based learning media in PPKN learning to improve the skills of the VIII graders of Tris Success Junior High School. This research uses descriptive quantitative, the subject of this research is the students of class VIII SMP Tri Sukses Bahasa which as a whole means 26 people. The data technique used a questionnaire with data analysis using the product moment display formula, interval formula, proportion, and Chi squared. The results show that: The use of ICT-based learning media in PPKn learning in this study is very influential in improving the citizenship skills of students at SMP Tri Sukses Natar. This is evidenced by the results of the calculation which show that x ^ 2 count = 37.09 then consulted with Chi Square at a significant level of 5% (0.05) and degrees of freedom = 4, then the x ^ 2 table = 9.49 is obtained. Thus x ^ 2 count is smaller than x ^ 2 table (x ^ 2 count ≥ x ^ 2 table), which is 37.09 ≥ 9.49. Thus, it is accepted, which means that there is a significant effect, namely variable X has an effect on variable Y, namely the use of ICT-based learning media has an effect on PPKn learning to improve the civil skills of students at SMP Tri Sukses Natar.
