Abstract

As alterações fisiológicas que ocorrem no organismo feminino durante o período gestacional é assunto bastante explorado pelos pesquisadores e encontra-se bem elucidado pela literatura; porém a temática relativa à farmacocinética e os mecanismos de teratogenicidade dos fármacos neste organismo em processo de alterações fisiológicas ainda encontra-se pouco explorado. O objetivo desta pesquisa foi revisar e contribuir para ampliar o conhecimento científico acerca da farmacocinética e dos mecanismos de teratogenicidade dos fármacos na gestação.The presence of emerging contaminants in surface Physiological changes that occur during a gestational period on a female organism are greatly explored by researchers and it is well elucidated by scientific literature, however, thetheme: pharmacokinetics and mechanisms of teratogenicity by medicines on female organisms passing by physiological changes, it is still poorly explored.
