The effects of the relaxation exercises in the case of the children with learning difficulties

Abstract

The paper discusses the possibility of the obtaining of beneficial effects through a relaxation exercise program comprising children with mental disabilities. Based on the literature in the field, the question arises to what extent these exercises can take place under less favorable conditions, that is even in the classroom.
