Abstract

A clearly defined vertical migration was found in Leptodora kindti but not in its prey Diaphanosoma dubia. The total number of L. kindti during daytime, compared with that at night, was extremely low in the whole sampled water column. © 2002, Copyright Taylor & Francis Group, LLC.
