Abstract. Premature rupture of membranes (PROM) is a condition in which rupture of membranes with the cervical opening is less than 3cm. PROM can lead to chorioamnionitis and sepsis, which will increase perinatal morbidity and mortality. The high number of PROM cases, among others, is caused by several factors such as age, parity, malpresentation, and Gemelli, and others. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between age and parity of mothers with premature rupture of membranes in RSUD X Bandung in the April-December 2019 period. This study is correlational analytic research with data from the medical record during April-December 2019. The instrument used was a checklist, and data were analyzed using univariate analysis and chi-square test. The results showed that the age distribution of respondents was mostly low risk (20-35 years) as many as 265 people (72.8%) and high-risk age (<20 years and> 35 years) as many as 99 people 27.2%. Parity of mothers mostly had 1-2 children as many as 274 people (75.3%) and those who had 3-4 children were 90 people 24.7%. A total of 279 (76.6%) did not experience PROM, and as many as 85 people, 23.4%, experienced PROM. The results of statistical tests using the chi-square test obtained a P-Value of 0.000 ( <20 tahun dan >35 tahun) sebanyak 99 orang 27.2%.
