Abstract

In this paper the problem of construction and development of virtual library with distrib- uted databases using cloud technologies is presented. Analyzed advantages and disadvantages of existing popular virtual libraries. Criterias of suggested approach are meeting modern requirements for speed and performance are stated and detailed approach is shown.
