Abstract
Using FeCl3 to catalyze organic reactions has become an important method in organic synthesis. It is a research hotspot in the field of the organic chemistry and catalytic chemistry recently. This comprehensive review attempts to cover the recent progress of FeCl3-catalyzed organic reactions according to the different types of reactions. © 2013 Chinese Chemical Society & SIOC, CAS.
