Reestrutur ação produtiva e subjetividade: análise interpretativa do significado do desemprego

Abstract

Neste trabalho, procurou-se desvendar as representações sociais elaboradas por trabalhadores em torno da perda do emprego. Para tanto, teceram-se algumas considerações sobre o processo de reestruturação produtiva, particularizando as mudanças ocorridas nas relações de trabalho, nas formas de mediação de conflitos e seus impactos na subjetividade humana. A natureza do fenômeno investigado imprimiu uma escolha teórico-metodológica cunhada nos pressupostos da abordagem interpretativa, optando-se, mais especificamente, por se analisar o significado da perda do emprego para os trabalhadores sob a ótica da teoria das representações sociais. Portanto, trata-se de estudo de natureza qualitativa, realizado em amostra de ex-operários de uma multinacional do setor metalúrgico-automobilístico, após sua reestruturação produtiva. As representações apreendidas acerca do desemprego convalidam a importância dessa questão social no desenvolvimento da subjetividade humana, principalmente como fonte de pressão e ameaça à cidadania.The aim of the present study was to reveal the social representation developed by workers who lost their jobs. Then some theoretical consideration about the productive restructuring processes was developed, specially about the changes which has been occurring concerning the job relations, the conflict mediation ways and their impacts on human subjectivism. The nature of this phenomenon led to a theoretical and methodological choice based on the presupposition of the interpretative approach. The meaning of losing the job was specially analysed by the view of the social representation theory. So, this study got a qualitative nature and it was realized with a sample of exworkers of a metallurgical automotive multinational company that had passed through a productive restructuring process. The social representation learned from the experience of being unemployed reaffirm the importance of this social question in terms of developing the human subjectivism, specially as a source of pressure and threat for citizenship.
