Abstract

The main objectives in this study are: To produce Subject Specific Pedagogic (SSP) Statistics based on Character-filled Heuristic Strategies to improve quality Problem Solving Capability based on the level of validity, practicality, and effectiveness. This study is a synergy of previous research as a new frame of mind that becomes the concept of development in achieving the main objectives. The method used in it uses quantitative descriptive with logical, analytical and descriptive reasoning with the support of related literature data. The instrument used is a validation sheet which is then analyzed descriptively and inferentially. Based on the results obtained, the heuristic strategy through the stages of identification, plan, do and check is a very strong and potential alternative mathematical learning solution in integrating characters as learning scenarios to be able to improve problem solving skills and develop students' character in the SSP.
