Abstract

This quantitative study analyzes the impact of satisfaction with communication on the work engagement of employees in social firms. Two surveys were administered to obtain the correlation coefficient between both variables. A strong, positive and direct relationship was confirmed and it was found that vigor and commitment, components of work engagement, were more affected by satisfaction with organizational perspective, organizational integration, personal feedback and quality of communication media, which constitute components of satisfaction with communication.
