Abstract

T his article is a reflexion about, how some business cases in the department of Quindio are implementing the Corporate social responsibility, although a lot of these companies have a meanings wrong about this term. Entrepeneurs think every day more that capitalism economy isn’t enough for this globalized world develops more and more. There is a higher priority than make a good profits in the company such as safety of employees, society, protection and proper use of environmental reso urces, and others. CRS plays an important roll for all organizations achieve theirs objectives and become managers in generates social, environmental and economic benefits, which immediately have good effects interests of the company and stakeholders. Ther efore, is analyzed practices and evidence of Corporate Social Responsibility in SMEs in the department of Quindio, which has allowed them to make internationalization process in 2015; and focuses interest in the case of socially responsible companies of Qu indio, such as Café Quindío SAS, Promadeco y Plásticos Fénix Ltda., which perform actions along the lines of social responsibility through the major social and environmental practices performed and the economic benefits gained. Based on these actions and e vidence of participation know their contribution for internationalization processes that allowed them to stand out in the local, regional, national and international markets, taking CSR as an effective business strategy for internationalization, competitiveness and sustainability of companies.
