Abstract

Los eventos disruptivos que acontecen desde hace un par de años han generado un ambiente de incertidumbre en muchos mercados, cambiando las reglas del juego comercial lo cual se traduce en incrementos de precio, escasez y pérdida de competitividad en general. Este artículo propone una serie de herramientas de análisis integradas que permitirán rediseñar la cadena de suministros de las empresas globales, principalmente a fin de contrarrestar la inercia y la rigidez con la que han retornado a sus actividades luego de la cuarentena sanitaria.The disruptive events that have been taking place for a couple of years have generated an environment of uncertainty in many markets, changing the rules of the commercial game which translates into price increases, shortages, and loss of competitiveness in general. This article proposes a series of integrated analysis tools that will make it possible to redesign the supply chain of global companies, mainly to counteract the inertia and rigidity with which they have returned to their activities after the sanitary quarantine.
