Abstract

In this article, the author express his perspectives on Devika Hovell's views about sexual exploitation and abuse perpetrated by United Nations (UN) personnel. It mentions about UN's relationship to local populations during peacekeeping operations; prevention of gender-based violence; and providing provide redress to victims of rape.
