The need for wood is a staple for the manufacturing industry, development, especially the property sector, as well as for the community. The need for wood is increasing day by day, it must be aligned with increasing the amount of wood production. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors within the company (internal) and outside the company (external) to market forest plant seeds in Banyuwangi Regency. The method used is Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, and Threat (SWOT) to determine factors within the company (internal) and outside the company (external). The results of the study showed that forest plant seeds in Banyuwangi Regency which were analyzed using SWOT obtained 10 strategies from factors within the company (internal) and outside the company (external). The stage that must be done is that promotion must be further improved, the best way to do that is promotion through social media or print media, so that people can find out about forest plant seeds in Banyuwangi Regency so that it attracts people to buy. The conclusion from the discussion is that the company should implement a strategy that is in accordance with the SWOT analysis so that it can achieve the desired goal, by carrying out the recommended marketing strategy, the community will also know about the nursery in Banyuwangi Regency so as to increase consumers and even existing customers.
