Abstract

Mobile digital devices are especially attractive instruments for young people. This paper analyzes some keys to this effectiveness and answers the question about how teachers could use some strategies of these resources to improve their educational activity. The research follows a descriptive approach on the new didactic features of a sample of 228 M-learning applications. The findings describe the factors that make these resources especially popular and effective in the construction of knowledge, and we propose new methodologies at the level of early childhood and primary education. We highlight the attractive, ludic, visual, immersive software, the emotional component and the adaptation to user profile.
