Abstract

This article corresponds to the documentary review carried out with the purpose of analyzing the conceptual approaches of organizational learning. For this analysis fifty scientific references are collected in a period not exceeding five years of publication. As you can find the whole concept of organizational learning as a dynamic process that involves the company and its collaborators, as well as business performance.
