Abstract
Sharia business law is the whole of the rules and legal provisions relating to business practices in syar'i or in accordance with sharia, in order to improve human welfare and welfare. Islam has arranged for every Muslim to work not only to achieve success in this world but also for success in the hereafter. This has been regulated in the Qur'an as a source of business law which is a comprehensive legal system, combining business and moral principles at once. Aim to establish protection (himayah) against the benefit of humans by guaranteeing primary needs, secondary needs, and tertiary needs. Not only looking for it, but spending money also must be in accordance with the provisions in religion.
