Audit Kinerja Dan Rencana Pengembangan Sistem Administrasi Klinik Kesehatan Dengan Menggunakan Metode Pieces Dan Fast

Abstract

Clinic is a health care facility that gives basic medical services and or specialists consisting of one type of health personnel and led by a medic. Brawijaya clinic is a clinic that provides specialized services of mothers and children scattered in several locations so that it can be reached by patients who need special services of mothers and children. Supporting its operations, the clinic has been using an information system that is integrated between both the front office and the back office. This system has been used for about 3 years, but there are several obstacles in the use of the system, that cause delays in service. Therefore, it is necessary to audit the use of the system and make improvements to overcome the obstacles that occur. To audit the administrative system performance of this clinic, the author uses PIECES method which consists of several aspects including performance, information, economic, control, efficiency, and service. And the results of the audit showed that the gap of user satisfaction level with the expectations of the system is 26.36% for management functions and 15.59% for operational functions with the highest gap level is on the efficiency aspects of maintainability. While in the development phase of the system, the author uses FAST (Framework for the Application of System Technique), in which the stage is used only at the stage of scope definition, problems analysis, needs analysis, and logic design. This development is based on interviews with the PIECES framework. The development focus are on the procurement and finance. From the results of improvement and development, the system is expected to be utilized to the maximum so that the operations can run well and provide satisfactory services for both patients and doctors.
