Karakteristik Kunjungan Ibu Nifas di RSUD Tanah Merah Kabupaten Boven Digoel, Papua Selatan

Abstract

ABSTRACT The puerperium is a vulnerable period for mothers, about 60% Maternal deaths occur after childbirth and nearly 50% of deathsIn the puerperium period occurs in the first 24 hours after childbirth. Among them are caused by puerperal complications. In addition, postpartum hemorrhage is the cause of maternal death. Based on the above, researchers are interested in conducting a study entitled "Characteristics of Mrs. Nifas' Visit at Tanah Merah Hospital, Boven Digoel Regency, South Papua in 2023. Knowing " Characteristics of Mrs. Nifas' Visit at Tanah Merah Hospital, Boven Digoel Regency, South Papua in 2023. The type of research used is descriptive analytical research conducted by cross sectional method with univariate and bivariate data analysis with the help of SPSS version 20 computer program. Statistical test results obtained p value = 0.000, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between age, parity and type of childbirth with the visit of postpartum mothers at Tanah Merah Hospital, Boven Digoel Regency, Papua Province in 2023. There is a relationship between age, parity and type of childbirth with the visit of postpartum mothers. The characteristics of postpartum mothers can be used as a reference in improving services for maternity mothers and services during postpartum mother visits. For postpartum mothers to make postpartum visits according to a predetermined schedule. Keywords: Postpartum, Mrs. Nifas Visit, Age of The Mother, Maternal Bankruptcy, Pesalianan Type  ABSTRAK Masa nifas merupakan masa yang rawan bagi ibu, sekitar 60%kematian ibu terjadi setelah melahirkan dan hampir 50% dari kematian pada masa nifas terjadi pada 24 jam pertama setelah melahirkan. Diantaranya disebabkan oleh adanya komplikasi masa nifas. Selain itu perdarahan pasca persalinan merupakan penyebab kematian ibu. Berdasarkan hal tersebut diatas maka peneliti tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian dengan judul " Karakteristik Kunjungan Ibu Nifas di RSUD Tanah Merah Kabupaten Boven Digoel, Papua Selatan Tahun 2023. Diketahuinya " Karakteristik Kunjungan Ibu Nifas di RSUD Tanah Merah Kabupaten Boven Digoel, Papua Selatan tahun 2023. Jenis penelitian yang di gunakan yaitu penelitian secara deskriptif analitik yang di lakukan dengan metode cross sectional dengan analisa data univariat dan bivariat dengan bantuan computer program SPSS versi 20. Didapatkan hasil uji statistik diperoleh nilai p-value = 0,000 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan antara usia, paritas dan jenis persalinan dengan kunjungan ibu nifas di RSUD Tanah Merah Kabupaten Boven Digoel Provinsi Papua Tahun 2023. Ada hubungan yang bermakna antara usia, paritas dan jenis persalinan. Karakteristik ibu nifas dapat digunakan sebagai acuan dalam meningkatkan pelayanan pada ibu bersalin dan pelayanan saat kunjungan ibu nifas. Kata Kunci: Nifas, Kunjungan Ibu Nifas, Umur Ibu, Paitas Ibu, Jenis Pesalinan.
