Abstract

Vitek JL, Jain R, Chen L, et al. Subthalamic nucleus deep brain stimulation with a multiple independent constant current-controlled device in Parkinson's disease (INTREPID): a multicentre, double-blind, randomised, sham-controlled study. Lancet Neurol 2020; 19: 491–501—In this Article, the active stimulation settings of the first paragraph of the Procedures section of the Methods should read 100–185. The figure 2 trial profile had the week 4 follow-up repeated, when it should have been week 8 follow-up. The table 2 95% CIs of the difference between active and control groups should have been 1·3 to 4·7 for the primary outcome, and –14·5 to –5·4 for the secondary outcome, PDQ-39 summary index. These corrections have been made to the online version as of Aug 18, 2020.
