Abstract

This paper aims to study the problems that the process of shaping the Petrochemical Complex in Bahia Blanca went through, since early in the seventies. Even when the pole was designed and promoted vigorously by the state, it had to overcome different setbacks that long surpassed the period estimated for the definitive beginning of its operations.
