Modul Inverter Satu Fasa menggunakan Mosfet dengan Driver EGS002 Pure Sin Wave

Abstract

In this research an alternative is designed to provide electrical power in the form of an inverter. The purpose of this research is to back up the power source if the PLN current goes out, so that it can provide a backup power for PLN which comes from a 24VDC power supply and can be applied to electronics workshops as backup electricity with a power of up to 905 Watts. Inverter is device that converts direct electric voltage (DC) into alternating voltage (AC). The inverter made is a single-phase inverter with specifications using an input voltage of 24VDC using the EGS002 driver as an SPWM signal generator, mosfet as a switching and a step-up transformer to increase the output voltage. This inverter can output a voltage of 220VAC with a pure sine wave.
