Abstract

This paper reflects the individual perspectives and collaborative effort which constituted the Women in Management Study Group. The first section is a report (drafted by the convenor and added to by others) of the range of issues discussed in the group. It is followed by three shorter sections which represent certain individuals' personal thoughts on particular themes: Romy Jenkins on authority; Sandra Langrish on where to go from here; and Judi Marshall on change through staying the same. © 1984, Sage Publications.
