Abstract

The integration of artificial intelligence (AI) in recruitment fundamentally transforms traditional methods by making CV analysis and matching more efficient and less biased (Boudoumi, 2024). This paper explores the application of artificial intelligence to optimize the recruiting process, with a focus on resume parsing and matching with job openings. We describe the development and implementation of “Shneider AI Recruit,” an application designed to automate these critical tasks using advanced technologies such as machine learning and natural language processing. The study evaluates how this application improves the efficiency and accuracy of recruiting, by reducing subjective bias and providing more accurate match recommendations.
