Abstract
Paratesticular soft tissue tumors are uncommon neoplasms that may present significant challenges for the pathologist and clinician. This article reviews the incidence of these rare tumors, and on the common benign and malignant entities that occur in this location. Key points in differential diagnosis are emphasized. The grading, staging, and management of patients with paratesticular sarcomas is also discussed. Copyright © 2000 by W.B. Saunders Company.
