Abstract

The oldest confirmed brachyurans, referable to the Homolodromioidea and Glaessneropsoidea, are Early to Middle Jurassic in age. Geographically, all of the occurrences are in Europe, with one exception, in Tanzania. © 2010 The Crustacean Society.
