Abstract

The development of an effective positioning drive control system is quite complex due to the need to ensure the movement of the working body with a given accuracy and for a certain time. To improve the quality of transients, a simplified mathematical description of the control object has been developed by its identification, which allows to reduce the calculated power during modeling and increase the accuracy of finding the coefficients of the PID controller. Based on the results of object identification, a mathematical model was developed, and its adequacy was experimentally proved. With the help of a mathematical model, the settings of the PID controller that provide the required parameters of the transient process were found, and the test was performed on a laboratory stand.
