Abstract
There are three major problems caused by using a large number of closed-section members in steel structure, which are difficulties in only using bolts to connect the members, insufficient fatigue resistance of splice joint under wind-induced dynamic load for large-diameter steel tube tower structure such as wind power station and lack of packaged technology of design and construction for prestressed anti-pulling anchor bolt of large steel structure foundation under dynamic load. Through conceptual design, theoretical analysis, experimental research, numerical simulation, product development, equipment development and other means, blind high-strength bolt fastener, reverse balanced flange connection technology, direct tensioning equipment for bolt pretension, replaceable prestressed anchor bolt and construction positioning device for large anchor bolt were developed. Some new technologies were also devised such as installation technology of prestressed anchor bolt with direct tensioning method. Meanwhile the design method of semi-rigid steel frame with fully-bolted connections, the design method of equivalent bending bearing capacity of splice joint and the design method of preventing dynamic fatigue cracking of foundation were put forward. A series of research achievements about key technology of high-efficiency bolted connection in steel structure were obtained, which have been verified and applied in practical engineering.
