Abstract
This chapter aims to guide how to design the right public health research questions. It will explore the importance of meaningful, measurable, and feasible research questions and provide examples to illustrate these concepts. Additionally, the chapter will incorporate the topics of socially responsible surgery, including considerations of equity, justice, and patient-centered care in surgical research.
