Abstract

Bovine coronavirus readily multiplied and induced marked cytopathic effect in BEK-1 cultures, thus providing a sensitive, practical assay system for viral infectivity and neutralizing antibody and a satisfactory source of the virus. © 1976 Springer-Verlag.
