Abstract

The goal of personalization is to deliver content relevant to an individual user or a group of users based on what is known about them from their preferences and needs. The idea of personalization is applied and used widely and successfully in the world of e-commerce. The aim of this paper is to personalize student's profiles in an e-learning environment (LMS) using Java Expert System Shell known as JESS. © 2012 IEEE.
